[Issue] Unclickable area near the top of the screen

I encounter this a lot. The area near the top of the screen and around the top menu is unclickable. Most noticable when:

• Selecting units near the top of the screen - it is not possible, you have to move your camera
• Placing buildings - not possible again, you have to move your camera
• Unit commands or area commands - same issue

I believe there is some invisible bar that is not clickthough-able.

What mods are you using?

None. (I turned all off)
I saw even Matiz having the same issue with this during his stream.
