I had an error downloading files. So I want ahead and clicked play again and it just started decompressing and installing the already downloaded files without finishing the download. Now it's done and the game is launching, but the question is: is this ok? Also all my mods were disabled as I launched it.
No and Yes. No it should not happen. Yes because it is not an actuall issue, only a minor display bug. From personal programming experience I can tell you that progress bars and especially "X of Y" progress reports can be tricky. A discrepancy of 1-2 packages numbers is nothing to worry about. It could be fixed but is propably pretty low on teh priority list.
