When assassins face stab me I spam grapple and kick their face in when their grapple is done. But sometimes I see assassins counter it, how do they do this? Can I counter their grapples? Especially backstabs, cause I hate that ****.
Nah there isn't any. but i wish i didn't have to trade grapples with another assassin all the time. He/she grabs me and stabs my face, i grab him/her and stab his/hers face.
Sadly there is no real way to 'counter' a grapple. At best ether a) someone else kills the attacker while in mid animation, ending it and letting the one taking damage go, and if they have HP left, live, or b) you don't let yourself be grappled at all. A bit of a baisc protip is to never stay on the ground when you hear an assassin's cloak. Jump around if you must, because as long as your not on the ground, they can't grab you. Same works vs. any other classes in grapple range.
said counter is actually lag many-a-time have i been grappled, lived and "should" grapple immediately after only to be shot in the face before i ever even got up, or they move back and i cant reach them. I love the dash/slash only to be caught by a grapple. it's lag unfortunately.
