Is the latest build (71459 "launch edition") the "GM" build?

Maybe "launch edition" is just another (albeit confusing) pre-GM moniker Uber has come up with - but this build does not seem GM quality to me.

There are too many stupid little bugs for this to be GM, right? E.g. "Cannot zoom in system editor" (http://pa.lennardf1989.com/Tracker/index.php?do=details&task_id=3940) or "cannot ping on gas planets" (http://pa.lennardf1989.com/Tracker/index.php?do=details&task_id=4013).

The devil is in the details. I worry that if people think they are getting a GM game, and they get all these little bugs, they are going to leave and never come back.

At the very least I hop Uber isn't working on new features for the next N weeks. Please just focus on making the features you have made work better. It may not be sexy, but it's important!
