Is PA DRM free?

Hi-

I am thinking about buying PA, but am curious, if i buy it from here, not steam, would i be able to use the program on multiple computers at the same time?

Pretty sure you can.

The code itself yes, but your Account can only be accessed by one person at a time.

How about LAN play, does that require an account? Because LAN's pretty much run on the idea that you can easily distribute a game to play during the LAN and remove it after again.

For LAN play the idea is that we are going to add local profiles.

Nope.

Expect something like this to come at the earliest in a few months.

It's an alpha, so stuff like that is a little way off, unfortunately

Considering you can't host your own servers yet and are forced to utilize Uber Servers would make it useless even if it was implemented.

If you had the server the single player button basically works now. We use this all the time internally for testing. So once we release the server lan play "just works".

We haven't implemented local profiles yet though.

Yup. There isn't any real reason to restrict that.
