Is it possible to have an ETA for nanolathing a building in-game?

For instance when hovering over unit that is nanolathing a nuke beside where it says nanolathing it has

    ETA: _hours _min _sec

That number can't really be accurate as it is impossible to predict how your economy will look like in the future.
Apart from that I think it might be possible to calculate based on the current economy and the % of how much the building is already finished.

With some C++ changes units/buildings could guess their eta based on the current rate. The JS hover panel could guess based on the observed rate of change of the health/build bar.

exactly and the eta updates in realtime with units helping or not helping or the economy running dry.

this was done in sup com it would show up for everything in planning when you held shift, it updated according to eco stall.
I would highly doubt the devs not find this a must.

+1 great idea. Would work best with the hover-over method, so you're only getting info where your attention is focussed without overloading the screen with tons of numbers
