Interplanetary transport ships/Animation Fixes

    Interplanetary transport ship - 20k cost, can carry up to 4 tanks. Transport ship for transporting units to other planets.
    Launching ships into orbit - Straight line instead of swirly, adds to realism in a game of robots =D
    Orbital lazer - Shooting a straight line(similar to the new superman movie) would give it a more epic effect, then tiny lazer shots.
