Interplanetary, the space artillery shooting across a solar system game

I just discovered this game. This is not an RTS like PA and it is turn-based.

From what I understand of the game, you have your civilization on your home planet and you shoot at other planets with huge cannons on your planet. It's different from any game i've seen so far and it peaks my interest.
