I was playing the other day and i noticed the red firing range circle showed up on a nearby planet. Does this open the possibility for Interplanetary Artillery or even missile ships on a watery moon firing from planet to planet. It would be nice to bombard close orbiting moons or other planets in wild elliptical orbits.
You will be able to shoot nukes and units at/form orbiting moons. But nothing else has been confirmed. I have suggested this for ion cannons.
