IIRC the interface will be based on HTML/CSS/JS(?); picking up on how many people played Ta/SupCom and the types of UI mods that are available. Now add in anyone who knows web languages and I think it is exciting to think about the types of mods that will come of this.

The question yet to be answered would be: will we be able to script UI actions? Or will the UI interface simply be display/mouse click location?

What is your take on this possibility?

My take is we have V8 and an API that the interface code can use so it's pretty wide open.

Does the API expose (all/most/some/select/limited) interfaces of V8?

Edit: You and your team are awesome btw.

I would imagine that the entire JavaScript core library is present, with the possible, but improbable, exception of setTimeout/setInterval.

But the JavaScript core library is nothing to write home about. It's not Node.js or anything like that. (Node in PA mods would just be silly! Slightly awesome but impractical)
