If possible, I would like to see a screen or banner that encourages people to check out these forums/website. Maybe it could be a message that scrolls across the bottom of the screen by your friends' leader board rankings. I think it would make a dramatic difference in the game if more people came here and read some of the topics here. Also, the "How to Play" video should be MANDATORY before/after you complete the tutorial. I think if these two things were implemented we would see a much shorter learning curve to Crossfire and not have to worry about getting matched up with 4 bad Assassins and a bad Sniper. Please share your thoughts.
There's a How to Play VIDEO? I saw the option "How to Play" but I always thought it was just a passage or something--I've never actually looked at it. I'll have to check that out. xD That said, I think these are wonderful ideas.
We need to take it above and beyond the protip. First off we need an awesome banner flying somewhere on the map, an advertisement of course. and then get Mickey Cantor to cue in a few lines "Thanks to UBERent.com I almost broke out of my mexican prison cell Hiyoooooo" "Not feeling UBER? Head to UBERent.com, they will fix all your problems, except that one that has been haunting me since vegas Hiyooooooooo"
Ya, this is a sporting event anyway. You could get the little juice machine guy to run across the screen in a loading screen with a banner of UBERent.com or something of that effect. Unless you want to have him flying a little plane pulling the banner
this is cool an all, but do we really want people to learn the secrets of free juice? or do we want to keep em a forum secret?
Or how about we have members of the forum to contribute their own voices to the developers to get them incorporated into the game as Bullseye's voice. So you could have a different member's voice playing as Bullseye to make it seem like a different Bullseye each time you play and every member could have a part of it. Perhaps it could be weekly or monthly, maybe.
