If you play at Blitz without internet this will it happen

After I finished a match without internet this happened.
It keep saying that he's trying and trying to insert the "data", don't know how to call it in the classement list, rank list.
Even after I connected internet it still kept doing this. The only way to get out of this was to open task manager and close the process, instead of normaly closing it crashed.
Also if you alt+tab and leave the game for like 5-10 minutes when you are going to return to it it will either crash or you won't be able to get back in. I tested it only at the menus, don't know if it happens also when you are in a server but I guess it does.
On the main menu the multiplayer description sayes "Xbox Live" instead of Steam or what was it meant to.
