If we can mod in a new faction or race can it be put in game

    The meaning of this question is that say you mod a new faction or race in and its well recieved would you use that said mod faction/race as a new integral part of the game.

    I'm just gonna guess no. Other factions/races being implemented by modders sounds fun though.

    I don't have a definite answer, but bear in mind that PA is being designed to support modding, and both TA and SupCom supported custom units. There are a number of total conversions to TA that add loads more units, and Forged Alliance has BlackOps (loads of new units and upgrades for each faction) and the Nomads (a completely new faction).

    So probably yes but I don't want to put words in Uber's collective mouth.

    EDIT: I missed the part where you said “integral part”. No idea on that one, but Forged Alliance Forever has built-in support for selected mods so even if it's not something Uber were able to implement it would be possible in principle for a third-party to do it.
