If Bullseye was a playable class, would you play him?

It depends on what Bullseye is capable of doing. It always depends on that. Obviously such a character would be designed for making money for your allies, but he has to be able to work by himself. He has to be a threat just by himself. Even the Support, while designed to be anything but a front line soldier, is capable of threatening the enemy. I'd be fine with a mascot class, but a team of all mascots has to be as capable of winning as any other class would be in the same way.

Immunity from grapples doesn't matter if he's no threat. Complete invincibility doesn't matter if there's nothing you can do with it.

I'd play him if he can do more then get shot and dance around.
