    This is a screen shot of the reflex bugs subforum. Notice the names?

    [Logged] means they've written it down; that, that was the first time they've heard of it. [Known] is a bit self explanatory, they already know of it, and finally [Fixed] means it's well... Fixed. :p

    Just thought this would make people feel a bit more like the devs see their posts and are working on it.

    Thoughts? :D

    it really is used rather for person to person tech support when the problem is not situated somewhere in the code but somewhere between the back of the seat and the screen :rolleyes:

    Why use the bugtracker then? Seriously, you just described the bugtracker.

    Also, the bugtracker is "lean and light", it heavily limits submissions and posts to bug submission and then is cleaned.

    The forum is where you simply post a question or observation and get replies to it immediately.
