    We normally discussed ideas for a faction or such on Planetary Annihilations after Legion came out. This is just a copy paste of the discussion we had. I am putting it here with the small chance that someone wants to use these ideas.

    99% is a bit much - speed/power tradeoffs are doable, as is stealth. The engine has no known capability for intel jamming or transforming planets. Sounds like the kind of thing that might be able to play with mass teleport, but it would be tricky to balance.

    The reasons people aren't hard at work making more new factions do not include lack of ideas.
