hello i was playing a custom assassin when i asked my self if the skill recovery endorsements effect the cloak when your cloaked with the third upgrade which allows u to regenerate cloak while not moving does the endorsements have any effect on speeding the cloak regeneration (while your cloaked)? thanks in advance for any responses.
I don't know, but I know an easy way to check. Start up blitz with two assassins, one with level three skill recovery and one without. Get the level three cloak and run around until they're both empty, then just watch them recharge and see if one finishes sooner.
