I think I just discovered something.

When you join a game and the host is in another country with different language settings, I think the white text that appears over the protags of people you kill or get an assist on (a really small word saying kill or assist) will be that language. I just played a game with RUSTclan who, as you can guess, was playing host pub assault. When ever I got a kill, it would read muerte for kill, and something like assistentia (didn't really catch assist) for an assist. Just a little useless tidbit.
