I saw this on reddit today and then the idea hit me.

most of us recognise this from super mario bros , imagine if MNC had a turret like this thing chained to a nub . It could only attack within range but its melee hit does massive damage , upgraded would increase the chain length but not by too much.

I love Chain Chomps! Actually it would be cool if the Sniper could spawn a mini Chain Chomp that stayed next to him. It'd be better than a Scrambler and would only be defensive like traps or flak. But even a turret like that or wrapped to one would be cool and be a very defensive sort that might make it difficult for Assassins to destroy turrets so much.

Chain Chomps are not menacing enough.

Make it a COLONY OF ROBOT BEES. Everything is worse with bees.

Sounds awfully similar in functionality to ShaveIce though.

I would just run around it pole to tie it up so it can't move....after I die I see a friendly support trying to untangle it going the other way.

I could see you doing that over and over again. And i'd watch.

Not a bad idea. Maybe give it a quick, bouncer-like grapple.

I thought a shaveice-like healing turret would be pretty handy too.

you guys think that 's funny?? that's my house and that's the only way I can keep the mother-in-law at bay. Though he also finds assassins to be a favorite treat, when they try to front grapple him he just opens up that mouth and CHOMP!!
