I really want to do an epic gunner cosplay. but...

I might need help.
So I am an experienced cosplayer who has made a few large props and some detailed recreations . Now with a great deal of effort I could approximate all the gunner dimensions to myself and cut and shape styrene together. But what I would really like to do is get a basic 3d model of the gunner that I can scale to my body in a program, called pepakura. It outputs
Into printed sheets of any size with the folding instructions for how to make the paper craft version. I used this for a spartan helmet with great success.

I'm aware of ways to rip models yourself .but don't have the knack for it.

I Don't plan on making it out of paper. Most likely I would use styrene plastic sheeting with decals of the lines on. An awesome paint job. Probly Ice Men. My love for the gunner goes deep. And I want this to be the ultimate gunner cosplay.

Use cardboards and paint.

I'm pretty sure I can make a Tank cosplay under 3 hours.

Just give yourself a black face, put on a vest and go as the Assault.
EDIT for the assault rifle, grab a long and skinny box and draw cogs and buttons on it with a Sharpie pen.

I usually use foam core. Its more rigid and clean when you cut it right. I also like styrene plastic sheeting. I have a huge tolerance to hot glue burns now. This model idea is just to help with the scale and fine details.

Look at Rangiku from Bleach, you'd have to have J cups to match that chest
