everytime i want to play PA ( on steam ) i need to start the game 2 times 1st is a blackscreen with sound and everything i need to exit 2nd always works fine..... anyone knows anything abbout this ? its starting to annoy me.....
Some more details how you got this might have us duplicate it, It could be your video drivers though. Look if there is any update for them. I would like to post a link for u but I have no idea what video card u have. apparently it seems to be in the graphics section, so this could be due to your video card in game setting that are not working at the way is should. What system did u use, and if it's not your video card share your video setting so I might be able to replicate it. Otherwise I cannot help.
i start the game black screen only hear the menu music cant do anything i exit with Alt tab close the game start again now it works i see the menu and can do everything i need to do this every single time....
thats not good for me bicous i have the black screen at the menu the 1st thing you see when you start the game....
oh then blackscreen won't fix it. remove all mods and only use mods from the list in the thread I quoted. those are all intercompatible and are up to date. I make sure to check.
that's a non-certainty. how do you install your drivers? can you upload a dxdiag to your next reply? to do this hit ÿ then "dxdiag", ↩ let the program run, allow the progress bar to finish hit "Save All Information..." upload it as a .txt attachment. don't paste it often (re)installing visual c++ runtime and directX fixes it
It happens to me too, the way I fix it whenever it happens to me is I go into options set it from fullscreen to windowed, then save and exit. go back into settings and set it back to Fullscreen. Works for me everytime. Even with the latest drivers it still happens to me; running 750 ti with 335.23 drivers.
