    I know a surprising number of people who've never seen Episodes IV-VI.

    Stylistically it's heavily leaning to the OT side, not the prequels. I think it has something for everyone.

    It already irreversibly changed Star Wars for me. Watching older Lightsaber battles is painful, because i'm missing them giving off light like in TFA

    It'd be best to watch the OT first. Otherwise they might keep leaning over and asking "who's that? what's that?" and the returning cast won't have the same impact.

    It's not perfect. But like, what movie is? I wouldn't give it anything below 8/10.
