Because privacy doesn't exist on the internet anyway.

Perhaps one of the creepiest lines to ever be spoken by Mickey Cantor. I'm not at all surprised it was quoted by BroT.

You should totally not wrap your weiner in it. That's the best advice I can give you. Or PM Vlane for that address.

Srsly tho, butterfly shrimp, best **** ever. Just fry bacon, but not to a crunch so you can use it to wrap the shrimp. Then, fry the shrimp in the pan still covered in the previous bacon grease. Then, wrap the shrimp with bacon. Feel free to throw some cajun season into the pan as you cook.

Shredded cheddar wrapped in woven bacon.

The single greatest thing you will ever eat.

Cook it moar. Gotta have some crunch, even if it needs to be soft enough to wrap around cheese. I'd char it more in a pan once it has the cheese inside.

Oh god that looks incredible. I will make it for dinner tomorrow. I'll post pictures if I don't suffer a heart attack.

    I did it!
It turned out as a bit of a mess because I used thick-sliced bacon. Which is the best kind of bacon.
I coated it with a very thin layer of Sriracha hot sauce while it was cooking in the pan. Nice touch, in my opinion.
And yes, I like it a little bit blackened. So crispy and delicious.

Nice first attempt, and your problem was more that you didn't use enough bacon.

It usually takes me about 10 strips to get a good woven bacon thing.

Yeah there were only 6 strips left, and they filled up my entire skillet because of the thick-sliced thing.

Definitely. Although it was actually my entire dinner. That's 3/4 lb of bacon, PLUS all the cheese.
