Hello everyone! I just needed to know some more info because idk I'm just so happy for this game. 1)I didn't quiet understand galactic war, is it gonna be multiple galaxies, and each galaxy has a different number of planets, or is it in one galaxy with a few planets? 2)What planets are in alpha, only one with random generation? (I mean like water planets or something) 3)Will there be research or something like so to get better units or will we be able to just have everything from the start? 4)Will there be big and powerful units which will take time to build, (i mean like an experimental unit from sup com 2, not that I am comparing that to this, not at all) 5)Ok, ty. All of you have fun, I got alpha!! yeah, I'm gonna go play it as fast as I can (as faast as i get the key), How about you?
The galactic war seems to be a meta game connecting several battles into a larget battle (like a risk board or something). Theres currently only one planet in alpha, its earth like (forrest/dessert/water/ice/etc) and not random. There wont be research, but you have to build certain structures to get certain things (so basicly its a tech tree but its built on the map). There has been said that there will be some "experimental like" units, however we dont know for sure yet. ... is that even a question? Off course anyone that gets the alpha key will play asap.
yeah galactic war is a metagame like the map of japan for clan wars in shogun total war. or like galactic war in total annihilation if you played that.
Just to clarify, this isn't like a Starcraft-esqe tech tree, where you need Building X you build Unit Y out of pre-existing Factory Z, it's more of an organic system like; Commander - T1 Tank Factory - T1 Tank Engineer - T2 Tank Factory - T2 Tank Engineer Mike
