The mouse sensitivity reset bug, it must be fairly easy to fix, and yet they dont fix it
every time I die I need to reset the mouse sensitivity, wtf
that, the blue skill bug and the unregistered hack for a turret bug, its there since I started playing this game,I don't presume to understand how a dev company works and I love uber, but why are they working on the unreal 3 engee instead of fixing basic game play failures. iMad

Here's a tip about why some bugs aren't fixed: They haven't figured out a sure fix for it yet.

updating to the new engine will fix one of the big issues for me, the stupid black clouds and i am sure they will work on fixing these issues once they apply the new engine

Only today did I see longshot smoke being blacked out. One moment you're hacking it, and then next moment the thing makes a fart of soot in your face. :|

Playing MNC with an ATI card is starting to feel dirty.

For all you know the bug is caused by Unreal Engine 3 itself, and updating to the new version will fix your bug.

To be frank, game engines are the primary source of bugs.
They are responsible for most of the work that happens inside a game. That is the whole point of game engines.

Getting onto a more stable (we hope) engine is absolutely their priority.

Actually a games engine does more than interpret graphics hardware usage. It controls pretty much every aspect you interact with. It is the basis upon which a person would be able to implement jump height, physics, mouse sensitivity and so much more.

So based on that, and the fact that Eka mentioned the engine update is still 'months away', uh...

Bear with it for now, I guess. :|

Unreal Engine 3 is not a graphics engine.
    It is a game engine.

The point of a game engine is to handle all of the standard physics, graphics, input, sound, etc. for you.

The game engine handles the most common tasks among all existing games.
If you want to deviate from those tasks, it allows you to override their existing support for said task.

The point is that you can make any standard type of game very easily, and if you want to make specialized types of games you can still do so with a bit of work, but only a bit.

The game engine will provide a scripting language you can use to customize these details.

As a result, Uber Entertainment only needs to change a little bit of the Unreal Engine 3 in order to get their game running, and most (if not all) of these changes can be done in Unreal Script, meaning they dont need to change the engine at all.

Of course, I am not working for Uber Entertainment and I cant say how much they have changed Unreal Engine 3, but I have made full commercial game engines, game engine development is my career, and have over a decade of experience in game development.

Most likely they did not need to change much, and a lot of these issues may be in Unreal Engine 3 itself, including how input is handled.
