Are you by any chance starting the 32-bit executable instead of the 64-bit one? There's a PA.exe in the PA install directory, which should work. On a 64-bit system, it should call the PA.exe in the x64 directory. You can also try starting that one directly.

And in the one that works perfectly, can you go to Settings -> Gameplay? Do you have an "Active Product" menu option there?

That's really strange because it should be account dependent, not executable dependent...
If you use the UberLauncher, can you try pressing [VERIFY] a couple of times? If you use Steam, could you verify the integrity of the game cache?

Could you post a PA log from the x64 executable and the x86 one? The logs live in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log". Just copy-paste that in the address bar of Explorer. There will be a lot of logs there, so just delete them all.

Then start x64/PA.exe, observe that you don't have Titans in Settings -> Gameplay. Then start x86/PA.exe and observe that you do. This will create two new logs. Could you upload them both here using the "Upload a File" button on this forum?

No %LOCALAPPDATA%? Yeah, I could see that breaking things. Anyway, glad you got it working!
