I cant change my In game sensitivity

Don't know If this has been brought up before but I can't change my sensitivity In game from 50, If I do and I click accept It goes to default again.

Tried doing It In the HostileInput.ini also but It doesn't do anything.

I play at a high sens on my mouse and then just tweak the sens from IN the game to my liking.

This is a slightly riskier way, but go to your install folder(usually C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\monday night combat) and search for "input.ini"
3 should pop up, BaseInput, HostileInput and DefaultInput
All 3 have a MouseSensitivity setting, try tweaking it in all 3(tho HostileInput should suffice)

Note: This may or may not result in your other settings being reset

Will try, If all else fails and it breaks Ill just re install It.

could try turning off steam sync

Yeah I did that first time after skimming over google.

I think DefaultInput was the winner.
