   I preordered PA when it was in alpha and had beta access so i don't what i am qualify for but.. How do i get this new expansion without using steam? Can't i just download it off uber like PA? thanks ))

   Use the uber launcher > update PA > launch PA > get invited to buy Titans, orrr go to armory > buy Titans in-game
