How to get game on new PC?

so i got a new PC and i wanted to play Planetary Annihilation but i couldn't because i already activated my game code on my old PC and it says this code has already been used please help. btw i own this game on Origin

If you are logging into your "jakeowar" account, it doesn't look like the game was activated to it. Which makes me think you have another account out there. I can PM you.
