How to buy PA as a gift

Can someone answer?
I dont want to create a account for someone else just a giftcode or something so he can do it on his own.

I think they are going to just send you a code to put in for the download. At least I hope so. I got alpha access for me and beta for my little brother, and I plan on just sending him the key (and a link to where to download the update client, presumably) when I get it.

So maybe just upgrade and wait for the codes to come out?
