   I am suffering in-game slow UI problem. I found this wiki.palobby.com/wiki/UI_is_slow, which I think might help. But I launch my game from Steam. How do I apply that option?

   For Steam, right-click on the game, go to Properties. You should be able to find "set launch parameters" or something similar. It does there.
