How long does support take? Not being disrespectful.

I was just wondering as I got the retail edition (collector's Edition) and I would like the Steam code. I've contacted support and no one has answered. Help :c

When did you contact them? You have to take into account time zones. Uber would have only started work about 2 hours ago due to them being in the USA...

Also make sure to check your junk / spam email folders as sometimes their responses get filtered out.

The reply will be via the ticketing system, which should email you a notification when your ticket has been replied to.

Sorry if I'm bugging you, but I have recently got the game, following that, and now have to purchase PA:Titans at full price even though I'm told I should get a discount. I really want the new one but I just simply don't have the money. I have enough to get it on discount (%66) and does the discount go though Steam? Because I don't have it on discount.

When you're playing PA and go to the Armory, can you see TITANS for sale there?
