I was playing and we seemed to have the most cash and protected our base yet we lost. Does anyone know how the game determines a winner in overtime?

1st - damage to the moneyball

2nd - most kills or money ... i forget which.

Whatever team's money ball has the lowest health is the loser. The moneyball might've already been damaged before OT and it stayed that way and also there are no shields on the Moneyball in OT.

Like Monte had said, the team with the least damage on their cash ball takes the win after the OT clock has run out.

Not sure how it's played out if neither team has any damage but with all those JBs running around and no shield on the balls, I doubt that will ever happen.

If neither team has damage then it goes to most money.
