How do you get on top of the score board thingy as an azazin

You know the scoreboard in I think Ammo Mule? And are you suppose to be able to get up there?

If you mean the blimp in the center of the map, it is reachable via the double smoke bomb glitch that will be removed in the upcoming patch. There is very little reason for the assassin to get up there, so she won't be doing anything other than making her own team rage. She can be sniped easily if she tries to S-launcher anyone from that distance.

Yeah, I saw a couple of assassins do that in a match earlier today. I think one was that SAR3N fellow from this board, I'm not sure, and if I am wrong I apologize.
