How do I uninstall the game?

Since the game doesn't work I would like to reinstall it. But there is no uninstaller and the game is not listed in the windows control panel.

Is it OK to simply delete the folder from my HDD or are there some hidden files lying around somewhere?

Yeah, it doesn't appear on win control or other program management programs like virus checking tools.

If your're gonna reinstall the game, it's fine to just delete local files you can find. Install program would overwrite the existing file.

I have to assume you tried the Verify Files on client load screen ?

Not being wise, just that it seems to fix things in other games..
