How do I fly planets into other planets?

I dont understand why so many people find it so hard just to build any unit and building available and find out what they can do you would eventually find out.^^

I dont mean how do I fly TO another planet. I have built 12 of those planet rockets on my planet and i dont know how to turn them on so i can crash it into another planet

you can only move planets that show the rocket engine number needed for moving in the system view.
Go to system editor and create a planet of size 200, and you will be able to move it.
