how do i delete archived wars?

    how do i delete "archived wars" in the galactic war section?

    yes you can, there stored in your local store
    C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\localstore
    if you delete this folder there gone, but so are your saved systems and planet templates so only do that if you don't care about them
