I set up HotBuild2 yesterday, but ran into a little issue. I set the key pushes to select different things to build (an example would be push the "a" key while selecting a factory to build a fabber). I then wanted to reuse those keys (but with a modifier, in this case the "alt" key) to set up commands. Ultimately what it would look like would be me selecting a factory, clicking "a" to build a fabber, and pressing "alt+a" to select the "patrol" function (so anything built from that factory would immediately start patroling). It works, but the issue is that HotBuild (or the game?) picks up on the "a" key press (even though a modifier key is held down with it). It then queues up another whatever I'm trying to build (in this example, a fabber), even though I just wanted to select the "patrol" function. I use a Logitech G13, so I don't really have that much real estate when it comes to buttons, so it's really important for me to be able to reuse keys (albeit with modifiers). Is there any way to get it so HotBuild won't add a vehicle to the queue (or any of the other actions it can do) if a modifier key is pushed? I've attached a txt file containing the current setup I have. Some of the keys might seem nonsensical, since I can program any key on the Logitech G13 to do anything (so ultimately it works out for me).
Proeleert should see this fairly promptly now, for future discussion you can comment in the hotbuild thread
