For Section 8 Prejudice TimeGate has been running Seasons that last anywhere from 2 weeks to a month They track 6 different categories(XP gained, kills, Combat/Teamwork scores, destructions, time played) and whoever gets first place in a category wins a prize* Well, one Season I barely managed to win and the prize was a Logitech G700 mouse Holy hell this thing has buttons. 4 thumb buttons(Mouse 4/5 + 2 extras) 2 DPI buttons 1 Battery report button 2 Tilt switches on the wheel(left/right) 1 Profile switch button(you can set up multiple profiles for different apps) All 10 of those buttons can be remapped to anything. Specific commands, shortcuts(quick Copy/Paste/etc), even simple macros(ie Shift+Tab) And a definite bonus over the G500 is that you can store up to 5 profiles on the mouse itself, so if you use it on a rig without SetPoint software, you can still use your profiles While normally wireless, it comes with a charging cord that puts the mouse into wired mode so it's basically a dual wired/wireless Haven't used it in a game yet(had to rebuild all my profiles from scratch) but so far... DAYYYYYYYYYYYYYMN! Also, the App detection actually works worth a damn this time [Edit] I do have one gripe, the extra thumb buttons sit above Mouse4/5 which make it a bit wonky to reach for people like me that clamp down on the sides of the mouse, I'll get used to it tho *Thanks to one jerk they had to change the rules a bit so a person could only win 1 category at a time, 2nd/3rd/etc places took the prize if the guy before already won in another category
Based on the topic title, I was hoping for a thread about the Shake Weight, but this is pretty cool too.
Yea that. Looking at the index again I just saw "General Discussion" and blanked on the "Uber Entertainment" part Nope, sorry, no shake-weight review for you
See, that doesn't bother me. It's a cheesy song, but not a bad one. Also, I'm not worried if I lose The Game or not
i wasnt trying to rickroll anyone, this thread turned out to be a rickroll in and of itself. great promise leading up to not interesting subject.
