    i open the game, but i see this.

    i have 15 days with this problem, i restart the game but still the same

    If you have PAMM, disable "PAX Prime 2015 Demo Mode"

    If not go to "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation" (windows path) and delete the mods, client_mods, and server_mods directories if they exist.
