I get jumping units after 20-30 mins of gameplay in 1v1 vs AI games. (Which are all I've played thus far.)

Having that same issue today. Has been suggested it might be a bandwidth cap on the server, but I was told I could post here to at least get my info out to y'all and see if you might be able to point me at any issues I can deal with on my own.

I've already followed the instructions in the thread for how to improve performance. I have a pretty decent setup here so I shouldn't be having any issues from the client side but again, I welcome the review by more wizened folks.

Here's a DXDiag and a link to my speedtest results.

Stuttering/jumping obviously unrelated to your hardware.

Still I seen one weird thing in your DxDiag:
    Code:
Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
    Driver Date/Size: 11/7/2013 01:52:50, 12617216 bytes
Do you have any real reason to keep integrated graphics enabled? Are you sure game actually running on Nvidia GPU?

You can check it in logs from this directory:
    C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log\
Or just upload few log from here on forum and I'll check them.

I run Windows Media Center (very occasionally) on the intelHD graphics through HDMI on my television as my 2nd monitor. My game runs on my 3GB 580GTX Ultra via DVI. (I don't watch stuff via WMC and play at the same time though, in case you're wondering about that.)

I could always unplug the hdmi which would automatically make that connection disappear, but that's an extra step that shouldn't be required as far as I can tell.
