Help with cancelling a preorder?

    Hi, I've sent a couple of emails about this today but I haven't received a response; not yet at least.

    I already have preordered the game and accidentally purchased yet another copy. This wasn't intentional. I was actually trying to find out if any contract had been made between me and Uber Entertainment because I wanted to cancel the preorder I had already made.

    I was wondering if anybody had any experience with this or could give me any helpful information? I know it's a slightly odd situation because most preorders are paid for on delivery of the good rather than prior to release.

    I'm pretty sure I'm covered under the UK's consumer law, because I haven't actually received any goods, plus as far as I can tell Uber have taken money from me without making a formal contract. If anybody has any useful information or experience with this topic, please reply.

    If there's a dev reading this, please understand that I'm only posting because I'm a little desperate. The purchase was accidental. I know that on US time you guys should be in the office now and it's been several hours and nobody's contacted me back yet.
