Help Setting up A Dedicated MNC Crossfire Server

Is the thread "Standalone Dedicated Servers Information *Updated*" still relevant?

After downloading
http://storefront.steampowered.com/down ... tetool.exe

and running:
HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game mondaynightcombat -dir INSTALLDIR

I get only one tiny file in my INSTALLDIR
InstallRecord.blob

I've also tried using SteamCMD, and accessing the dedicated server via Steam's Library/Tools. When I take that route, it claims that it succeeded in downloading everything (Steam App ID 63220), but that there was actually nothing there to download.

Please help

I hate to respond to my own post, but this problem has now been resolved (Uber worked with Valve to get a resolution).
