Help!? Need a commission ASAP!

So, things didn't really go as planned. It's my boyfriends birthday this weekend and I figured I'd commission a cute piece of art, print it on a mug and gift it to him.

Finding people able to do it was a hard mission, but unfortunately only 1 of several said she would be able to do it. That was last Monday. She promised me she would start working on it on Tuesday and wrap it up on Wednesday, leaving me half a week to get it printed. However, so completely disappeared of the face of the earth and I still have nothing to work with.

My own drawing skill are not good enough to draw something I'd feel happy about, nor do I have the time.

Could someone who is pretty speedy with drawing nice things please PM me and we can discuss the details, I'm looking for someone who could draw something like this for me:

My funds are limited on the commission, so I cannot offer more than $10-ish, because I also have to print it on a mug, but I'd be more than happy to negotiate or do something in return on top of the price (eg. HTML your website).
