It is serve bot, but he is WAY older than MvC2. It is a Capcom thing, he is an easter egg all over the place.

I'm always so amazed at how deadeye plays maybe once every three months yet still is ranked high up on the weekly leaderboards. Isn't that amazing? True skill right there.

I waited for the next match where every time I encountered him, I just strafed and dodged his bullets until I hot tired of it and killed him. I taunted on the spot, no matter where I was. I returned a message to him that said, "WHO YOU FINNA TRY?! WHO YOU FINNA TRY?!"
