But what British accent. Like America, there are a variety of accents. The stereotypical British accent is that of a Cockney or of the upper class. If you've heard my voice, you know it sounds nothing like that. unrelated: I was once told to "go suck the Queen's ****" over Xbox Live, solely on the basis of my accent.
I dunno about that... the Northern part of England is pretty stereotypical as well,.. Mancs, Yorkies...etc. I think thats primarily due to music/musicians though. Hell, even the Welsh accent is stereotypical.. which with all the above mentioned pretty much says that every British/UK accent is typical ;P In America, you can say the same.. Northeasterns, Southerns, Midwesterns, New Yorkers,. etc. as diverse as both places are theres really only a small handful of varying accents and you can pretty much always place the location. I agree though, if the Queen's language/upper class British accent was used for the Assault, I'd find that annoying. It'd better fit the Sniper too.. if the Assault was English I'd expect a more football style related accent.. which would likely be a Northern thing. Long live the Roses.
