Gunner Still Re-Spawning With No Ammo

I was playing earlier today as Gunner, and re-spawned twice with no ammo. Thought the first was just a wierd occurance, but the second caught me by surprise since it was a different game. We were getting pub stomped and as soon as I left the spawn to begin firing, I started to reload instead, getting my *** handed to me. I was pissed enough to bring it to someones attention here. I know it was a problem pre DLC, but thought it had been fixed.

Ive not had this but ive spawned for a few seconds with what looks like clip as gold as if i had my miniguns already i.e two seperate ammo counters.
