Makes me want my money back. Any one know how to fix this? Essentially On the start zone or any border of your field of view it has a blocky finish of vision mixed with fog.

Well, it is hard to admit, but there will be no new fixes. So I think it is better to ask for a refund
The blocky finish you are talking about is probably the textures not loading correctly. Software like FRAPS, raptr or AMD Gaming evolved can cause that. I think lately, AMD has started bundling the gaming evolved stuff with their drivers. Anyway, check the list of software known to cause issues here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558751813508748383/ Specifically, check for game recording tools. Pretty sure this is actually the green planet bug, since people who have issues with that describe it in the same way.
Hey @carcass227, sorry if this is a bit late, but I have since made a mod that fixes the issue for at least the blocks around the green circles. The next bit would be to figure out how to fix the fog of war.
