Since the PA community is relatively small, it's difficult to find tutorials and informational videos on Youtube for the game. Plus, most gameplay videos are of people who just sit there and play, no commentary or anything (which is fine, I just don't enjoy watching that kinda thing). Are there any good Youtubers who do PA that have either commentary or tutorials?

That one is really out of date. I went through the list once, and over half of the youtubers listed haven't produced a single PA video.
