I wish I could say we weren't bitter. I was excited for this game all through 2010... I got 5 friends to pick it up. We all played it and had fun. We took a break because the glitches (mostly idiots playing assassins) got too annoying. Now we come back to game after game of "Who Can Juice first".

If it isn't a chain team of juicers where someone is in your base raping your face every minute because the entire enemy team is locked down dieing to the current juicer... then it's a terrible stalemate of who can juice rush in OT.

But it's even worse now. It seems like juiced players are doing at least 2x more damage they before the DLC.

I'm done. This is stupid. Juice has ruined and other wise brilliant game because it has become THE controlling factor in the game. Looking back before DLC, the only way we could reliably drop the ball before the lameness that is OT was to excessively juice anyway. Now I know how the other teams felt when we would do that to them... it sucks. It isn't fun. And it eventually makes people rage quit the whole game like we are.

I hope the people at stay at least enjoy what the MNC has turned in to... I want to see Uber do great things. Unfortunately in our eyes... MNC is just a polished 'juicey' turd now. :(

It's polished enough that there are timers on the juice-pads now. Also snipers and supports got a nerf for juice gain-rate. Juicing seems down.

If you stopped when assassins were speed glitching then you took a break pretty early on. Sounds more like a difference in skill level where most of the community got better at the game while you guys were doing other things. You have 6 players? Nothing stopping you from doing private matches where you agree to juice less and just have fun. 3v3 or get a few more buddies into it.

    I just want to clarify this;
    ...so I don't sound like a dink:

The more you kill the other team and the less you die, the less chance they get to either build up juice naturally (which of course goes away when you die) or to gain enough money by killing you to buy juice. So if you're better at the game, you'll see less juice from the other team as a result. Stick with the game for a while, you and your buddies have been gone a long time. once you get more used to it and hit on some more even matches things will probably get less frustrating.

peace out man. thanks for supporting uber with the 6 purchases. nothing changed here tonight for this game. i think everyone has thought this same thing after a bad night of getting handed losses. if you have a team of 6 you should be able to effectively shut down everything or at least be competitive on a level that doesn't allow you to get spanked and juiced on. this does sound like a case of skills being outmatched and feelings hurt. try finding a new group to play this game with. maybe your current one isn't working. you'll be back though.

In private matches you can turn off juice and OT.

The man speaketh the truth. You must have either been up against a brilliant team, or you guys aren't really that good. I personally find Juicers even easier to deal with after the whole "I accidentally a full health bar" shenanigans were patched out. Try running two Supports with hacked Firebases in your base - you'll even tear through Juiced Tanks. And remember to use your grapples, slams and bombs to slow them down.

It's the other way around for me as this update/dlc bought me back in more then ever. I use to hate juice rushes in overtime and a lot of the problems but the game has really balanced itself out now, there's still a few things I dislike such as a juiced assassin taking down level 3 rocket turrets in a few swings of the sword but outside of that it all feels peachy now, love it!

Sorry you feel that way bro.

I have been having as much fun as ever with this game. Matches last longer. I played one lastnight that went into over time, and the time still ran out. Our MB had more health and we won. There are not whole teams juicing at once.

It's 100x better imho. Even with the nerfs to the support.

    I love it.

I largely agree with the OP that Juice nearly ruins the game (it should NOT be as big of a strategy in winning as it is). But I still play because there are still many matches where juice is not abused.

I would LOVE to have 5 friends I play with - I'd be making private matches without juice then.

I was saying how juice rushing was silly since like week 1. Which it is.

Then I played more. Games don't tend to go so long that juice becomes a factor when you're on a team that knows what it is doing.
